Pet Owner

Responsibilities

Many of our residents have canine members of their families.   The joy they bring to our lives is immeasurable.  With that joy comes responsibilities.  When walking our furry friends, we need to be respectful of our neighbors and pick up their waste and dispose of it at our residences.  Also, dogs must be on leash anytime they are outside of our property.  If a pet is found loose in the community, Whittaker Road Animal Hospital will gladly check for a microchip for free.

Pipeline Project Update - Roger McDaniel

I'm sure most of you have noticed the common area grass restoration being performed by Aaron's lawn and garden, the area is being seed drilled and Hydro seeded with a combination of Bluegrass and rye. We are in hopes that mother nature will provide us with rain so the seeds will germinate, which takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks before you will see growth. If mother nature does not provide rain in a timely manner, this may take longer.

As we approach September and cooler weather, this will help with the growth. Providing water by truck would be a tremendous cost to the association. It has been suggested that we let nature take it's course and they are confident if the seeds take by September, which it should, that grass will be able to survive the winter and we will see positive growth come spring of 2018.

The crew from Aaron's lawn and garden appears to be accomplishing a quality job. They will continue the seed drilling and Hydro seeding the park portion and homes behind Mallard way. So far, so good.

Landlord Requirements

A growing number of homes in our community are occupied by renters. Within the bylaws are specific requirements for landlords.  Among those requirements is that the Board must have a copy of the current lease on file.  If you own a home in the community that you are renting, please take a moment and fill out the required form and return it with a copy of the current lease.

REtention Pond Clean UP

As many of you may have noticed, work has begun to clean up the retention ponds.  This project is slated to be completed by the middle of September.  After the clean up is complete, a number of residents have put forward the idea of adding some park benches and possibly a gazebo.  We would love to have more feedback from residents concerning these suggestions.  Please send you comments to PCHOA@PartridgeCreekHoa.com
